Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Return is a scheme provided by the respective sellers directly under this policy with respect to which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to the purchaser of the products. The return policy for all the products available on the Website shall vary.

Return of the products shall be accepted immediately if the product purchased by the Purchaser has a manufacturing defect and has not been used and has been returned as per the terms specified further. Any concerns raised with respect to size, quality or other related issues, the Customer Service executive assigned to the case shall reserve their absolute right to decide whether such products are eligible for returns/ exchange

The returned product shall be accepted and the refund shall be processed, if the product purchased by the Purchaser is in the same condition as it was when delivered to the Purchaser. The product should be in the original packaging as sent by the Seller, with tags intact and the product should not be used and/or damaged. The product should be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product.

RETURNS PICK-UP

If there is no pick-up service available for the address provided by the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall send back the products to the address mentioned below and send a courier copy to us by mail (info@xlcrlifestyle.com)

PROCESSING & REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, and your amount will be reflected in your account within 7 working days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional of Rs.50 will be added to your total refund for the reverse shipping charge.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us through mail immediately including photographs, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

  • Return request needs to be within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and return with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • The refund is subject to your returns met the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.

In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
